Im planning to dye my hair red or something along the shades of red-brown.

What color can help my good features, hide my imperfections and accentuate my skin color?

I need something striking but sublime.

Description: Im a 17 year old Filipino-Persian guy with sorta Tannish/Light Brown skin tone and light brown eyes with just a medium build and average height. My hair style is Razor cut but I have awful black heads and pimple scars all over my face :O I want to draw attention away from my freaky face and into my snazzy hair.
