I was thinking about doing either brown with blond stripes and short layers + choppy bangs or blond with brown stripes with short layers +choppy bangs. Ideas?

don't get extensions again until your hair grows out. it's too short so it looks extremely fake. but it doesn't exactly look like natural is something you're aiming for.

I love the black hair it's just adorable! And it gives a little edge to your look and completes your whole look! You should grow out your bangs something like Ashley Tisdale like side swept bangs. It's really up to you just my opinion. Good Luck!

I really think you look best with brown hair. It really compliments your brown eyes nicely. My favorite style would have to be either choppy bangs, or side bangs, with medium length hair. Also, brown with blonde highlights would look great! Good luck picking out the perfect hair color =D

okay.. i have 'thin' 'straight' 'black' 'shoulder length' hair! I have rgis big party tomorrow! Please suggest some really cool party hair styles. It would help me if you post pictures! They should be hairstyles that i can do at home. Im planning to wear a short skirt and a halter.

braids- 1 or 2, french braids (search how to french braid on Q search), side braid

ponytails- half, side, pigtails

buns- loose and messy

gel- scrunch it

iron- straighten it, curl it, crimp it

accessories- headbands, scarves, cute clips, cute bows, bandanas.

hair part- part it on the side

bangs- clip them up

here are some suggestions to get wavy/curly hair. i havent tried some of them, but i ve heard that they work-

curl with iron or rollers

put some hairspray in ur hair before going to bed and the tossing and moving will create random waves

braid ur hair and when u remove it there will be waves

put some defining product in ur hair and keep twirling it around ur finger. then, finger comb gently through to separate the waves

use sea salt spray or surf spray. sea salt will give really pretty beach waves

use mousse

scruch it with gel

get a perm for a more lasting solution

you really don't even need to go to the salon.......all you do is razor cut it so more body is on the top and cut bangs. then spike it. If yr hair isn't black then dye it

Can someone tell me what the problem is with my hair?!?

I am a young black female with relaxed hair (relax it on avg: every 6 weeks) that is a little past my shoulders. I probably use a blow dryer on it once a month and wet-set it when I wash it weekly. Besides that, I dont have any dyes in it nor do I heat style it. The problem is, I have horrible split ends and it doesn't grow much. I use moisturizer on it regularly, yet it still looks dry at times. The worst thing about my hair is that it looks wonderful when I first style it but when I step outside it frizzes up and doesn't stay put! I have switched up shampoo's and moisturizers. What am I possibly doing wrong!?

Maybe some of the John Freida frizz ease products might work for you. If that doesn't work, I would find a good stylist who specializes in your type of hair (I like to actually find a stylist who HAS my type of hair personally, who better to give you advice?). Best of luck to you my friend.

Try using oils for your hair. Works best for me plus it gives hair lots of vitamins and naturally moister.

Oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil. Make sure they are organic!

Try sitting under a hair-dryer and stop blow drying it. I used to have the same problem and found that blow-drying it damaged it...Hope that helps

You are not doing any thing wrong what I do for frizzy hair, and to keep the style is hair wax. There are two kinds that are inexpensive[[under five dolars]],a nd smell gorgeous hhahaha like deranged, and/or mad mud

PS- Personally I think that split ends are sexy its rough but what ever if you don't like them trim it, or just get a razor cut so it looks like it was a style on purpose Hahaha :D
