Ok so i have short nails because everytime i grow them out they break i hate it absolutely hate it ! Ok well my question is ... I want to paint my nails black because i know thats a chic style now and is totally in ! But my nails are really short ..will it look ok on me ??? Please help ..thanks so much ! Also i don't want it to look goth either ....please help me out with this ..do i have to wear certain clothing styles etc .????? hair styles and skin tone ??? please help thanks so much !

It looks good with short nails , don't worry.

and as for the goth thing , as long as your not wearing a goth outfit and hair nobody will think your goth.

well dark colors only look good on short nails

these days black is not so in

its more liek really really dark blues, purples, and browns that kind of look black

it won't look goth. just file your nails and put it on. it actually looks better on short nails (in my opinion). and it usually goes better with paler skin..and yeah it goes with everything...but it might give your clothes more of an edge. dark browns or purples might be less harsh if you're really afraid of looking goth..i tried M.A.C. brown and it looks just as good as black and still goes with everything

okay well if you have short nails black nail polish is cute but if you bte your fingernails to where its short no dont wear it...but anything looks great with it

Black is not "so in" right now. black was last year. this year is dark nail colors, but not black. try deep purple, blue, or even gray. but black can look weird on short nails.

Wear whatever you want to wear but don't go all super prep and start wearing bright colors with ur dark nails-it clashes.

I am obsessed with this nail color by OPI Russian Collection called "Catherine the Grape"
