i want to get a new hairstyle ive had the same one for almost 4 years im 15 and i kinda want it preppy but i dont know where to go or how to ask for it and i dont know how style it...i was thinking of something surfer style without dying it but i have thin black hair and its not that long i used to just gel it out and spike it but im getting tired and thats getting old and i guess longer hair is in. but yeah i want it like preppy any ideas?

Well, go to a barbershop and see what styles they provide, or find a picture of someone who has the style you want, and take it to the stylist....
