I saw a product at claires where you can put your hair into a bun. there was 2 different ones. One was called whirl-a-style and I cant remember what the other one was called at all. It was black and you could make a bun with it. does anybody kno what im talking about? And my real question is does it work with thick, shoulder length afro- american hair?

i don't know about that but you can get the styrofoam bun maker. it's a circle styrofoam that you put your hair through and the hole and you pin the hair around it
